- 10+ years of experience in Data Governance, Data Quality & Metadata Management
- Proven expertise with implementing enterprise data governance frameworks and tools (Collibra, Informatica, Alation)
- Expertise in policy development, data lineage, and master data management (MDM)
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA)
- Experience in client-facing roles, including governance assessments and stakeholder workshops
- Excellent communication & strategic advisory skills
- Must be based in Amsterdam and available for on-site work
