  • 8+ years of experience in SAP Customer Service (CS) with expertise in service orders, warranties, and installed base management
  • Must have proven experience in SAP S/4HANA CS implementations or migration from ECC
  • Proven S/4HANA CS implementation or ECC migration experience
  • Strong knowledge of integration with SAP PM, SD, and CRM modules
  • Experience in client-facing roles, including reporting strategy and migration projects
  • Must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Must be based, and able to work in Barcelona, Spain
