- Strong experience leading SAP projects across S/4HANA or major ECC programs
- Proven delivery of full lifecycle implementations, upgrades, or rollouts
- Solid understanding of core SAP modules and cross-functional dependencies
- Skilled in project planning, RAID management, and stakeholder communication
- Ability to coordinate technical, functional, and business teams
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models and vendor management
