Freelance Role
- 7+ years of SAP SuccessFactors implementation and configuration
- Expertise in Employee Central + at least one other module (Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning)
- Expertise in HR business processes, data migration, and integrations with SAP HCM or third-party systems
- Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors reporting & people analytics
- Client-facing experience in requirement gathering & solution workshops
- Must have excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
