Freelance Role
  • 7+ years of SAP SuccessFactors implementation and configuration
  • Expertise in Employee Central + at least one other module (Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning)
  • Expertise in HR business processes, data migration, and integrations with SAP HCM or third-party systems
  • Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors reporting & people analytics
  • Client-facing experience in requirement gathering & solution workshops
  • Must have excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
