Senior Practice Manager

Hi I’m Jake Blackman, I am the Senior Practice Manager for the Permanent division here at AgnesCole, I am responsible for building and leading the teams that provide SAP, IT & DATA experts across the UK & US.

When I am not in the office, I like to take things at a slower pace, finding joy in gardening, where I cultivate a variety of plants and enjoy the tranquility it brings. Music is another one of my passions; I love playing the guitar and creating my own compositions. To stay fit, I practice boxing, which keeps me disciplined and energized.

Balancing my professional and personal life, I strive to be a role model for my son, showing him the importance of pursuing one’s passions and staying active.
