Hi I’m Leon, founder and CEO of Agnes Cole Consulting.

Before recruitment I owned a commercial cleaning business with my brother, called Fairy GodBrothers cleaning offices in East Anglia.

After selling the business I moved into the world of SAP recruitment in London.

I quickly recognised the potential in the market, then founded my own company, Agnes Cole Consulting in 2021. Since then, we have gone from strength to strength working with clients and candidates all over the globe. I am obsessed with business, continuous improvement, and adding true value to my customers. My favourite football team is Arsenal. My favourite genre of music is rap, but I am partial to a bit of Bob Marley. On the weekends they call me Sir Alex Ferguson, by they, I mean the parents at my son’s football team… Also Tony Soprano is the greatest main character on TV ever created…and sparkling water tastes like TV static.
